BIGGEST FEAR:
Falling victim to his bloodlust, draining someone, and landing in Azkaban, or somewhere equally as disgusting. Honestly, the place is a horrific dump, everyone should fear the place simply for the filth alone.
PERSONALITY:
Self indulgent - It is a well known fact that Julian has no restraint when it comes to pleasures, guilty or otherwise. He is forever taking what he feels he cannot live without, if permission is granted or not. It is a simple case of the best receiving what they deserve. Julian is just sure to be the one first in line.
Arrogant - Look, he knows what he sees, and when he peers into a mirror, Julian sees only perfection. Honestly, with his handsome, dark features set against his flawlessly pale skin, none is more becoming. Besides, he's heard the giggles and sighs as he passes through the crowded corridors, so he isn't the only one to feel as such.
Ambitious - NOTHING will stand in his way when Julian decides to attain a goal. Whatever he seeks, he will not rest until it is his, and there are many, very creative ways to skin a cat...blood isn't a bother.
Charming - Julian has found that it is easier to attract bees with honey, and he did so quite early in life. This is usually the route he will take when trying to attain something.
Patient - When one has all the time in the world, they tend to learn to relax a bit, and let what's coming arrive. He really hasn't another choice.

MOTHER: Apolline Bludd
FATHER: Redford Bludd
SIBLINGS: --- --- Bludd, 26, brother
--- --- Bludd, 23, brother
--- --- Bludd, 19, sister
--- --- Bludd, 15, sister
--- --- Bludd, 14, brother
HISTORY:
Out of the six Bludd children, Julian lands fourth in line, which isn't a bad thing to have happen. It just meant that he was left to his own devices far more often than his older siblings, and it also explained why the younger two were the least tame of the bunch. Of course Apolline and Redford didn't intend for any of their offspring to go overlooked from time to time, these things just had a way with happening. Someone had to bring the blood home right? Okay, so that's not exactly how lunch is served, but you get the idea.
Anyway. The Bludd family got along well. Each, for the most part, were respectful of one another having been taught -during the rare free time their parents could grasp- that they were family, and as such, they were bound by honor to be loyal to each other. Sure, its sounds like a load of waffle, but Vampires have always had the misfortune to be viewed by the magical community as if they were lepers to be cast aside, or even, hunted. (Sidenote: Julian's great-great uncle Felix suffered such a fate. He was chased down, magically bound, had his fangs ripped from his skull, and left to slowly starve, mind, the old fool hunted for pleasure, and was caught red handed. Even so, the story still causes Julian to shudder.) And, if they didn't band together then they were all surely to be wiped out.
Imagine that. A world without Vampires...
Huh, strange.
Well, Julian got the hint, and does his part, though there are plenty of times he's not too keen on it. Especially the times when he hasn't had so much as a bite to eat in three days. He's a bit grouchy on these days, tread carefully...
Right. Moving back on track...
Too many kids, the family loves each other, blah, blah, blah... Time for Hogwarts. This was something new for Julian's parents, as they were not allowed to attends the wizard school, because of the lack of blood status shall we say? They weren't sure what to make of this idea, and they're still not all that comfortable with it either, because of the anti-vampire sentiment some still hold. Yes, there were laws to protect the feeble humans and their precious lives, but really!? animal blood!? What if permission were granted? No, not feed to kill, but a lil' treat now and again would be nice. This was the thinking of Redford and Apolline. The children were still so young, and to have them faced with temptation by the hordes seemed a tad too much. The idea didn't seemed the brightest, but it just didn't feel right to deny the children of such an opportunity. They could be the ones to help show the public that they were not savages, and in fact, in most cases, Vampires were far more cultured than these angelic little witches and wizards allowed to gallavant here, there, and everywhere without any discrimination. This was how the Bludd children winded up attending school. A bloody -hopefully no pun intended as we all are not Seers- civil-rights movement. Go figure. Julian has been shaking his head for the past seven years over that one.
You see, Julian has never thought himself second-class, or worse, lowly like a Muggle. He has always thought himself better, and cannot figure out why the majority of his kind doesn't think like he, and wish to live as they were bred, the superior being. Witches and wizards do not live unaided by magic for all of time, why should he follows their laws? Oh. Right. Azkaban... Well, there's something for Julian to aspire for. Perhaps he can be the one to unite all Vampires and lead them to a world in which they are the law makers. This thinking was found rather easily by The Sorting Hat as it was brought over his head, and its choice of Slytherin was called out quickly. Well at least they all held the common goal of world domination in one way or another, and he didn't wind up in Hufflepuff. As if Gryffindor were any better... The House of the Snakes would suit him just fine, and it wasn't long before he made a few friends.
With friends, girlfriends follow along not too far behind, and our boy has certainly had his share. However, none have hailed from either Gyrffindor or Hufflepuff, nor have they any other shade of hair but red. No, not -grimace- Weasley ginger, but red. Julian isn't a fan of Gingers, and those he so lovingly refers to as "Daywalkers", which have ginger hair, but lack the spattergoit-like freckles, and can actually tan their transparent skin. He doesn't much chase after blondes either, but at the same time, he wouldn't exactly turn them away. No, he isn't fussy, but he is fickle. There are eons ahead, he's not trying to settle down just yet.
As career wasn't exactly a priority for him, there's more gold stowed away in his family's vault deep within Gringott's to carry him and his siblings on forever, most would assume he didn't take his lessons seriously, which really was his own doing. Julian acted less that interested during classes when he really had his mind focused the entire time. It's just different for a Vampire. After all, they are the dominant species. And why wouldn't he pay attention? None of these subjects were taught freely to Vampires until recently, he had to jump through the door as long as it was opened, only a fool would turn away.
